Due to the policy adjustment of the Brazilian Revenue Service and Customs, some inbound parcels are subject to detention or delayed release measures. Therefore, the shipping time of some parcels to Brazil will be increased by 1-2 weeks.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Due to different countries' customs clearance policies, individual countries and regions may incur customs duties, which are not under Theninepm's control and need to be dealt with by the customer. Please do not refuse or abandon collection of such parcels as they will not be refunded and will be destroyed by customs.
Due to the recent New Year holiday period, some of our manufacturing partners experienced temporary production and dispatch delays. As a result, certain orders placed during this time may take slightly longer than usual to ship.
