WARM TIPS

Due to the policy adjustment of the Brazilian Revenue Service and Customs, some inbound parcels are subject to detention or delayed release measures. Therefore, the shipping time of some parcels to Brazil will be increased by 1-2 weeks. If you have any logistic problems, please contact us, and we will solve them properly for you.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Due to different countries' customs clearance policies, individual countries and regions may incur customs duties, which are not under Bella Barnett's control and need to be dealt with by the customer. Please do not refuse or abandon collection of such parcels as they will not be refunded and will be destroyed by customs.
